Wondershare InClowdz FAQs

Google Drive

1. Error: The name already exists, please try another one.

Solution: Google Drive supports files with the same name, but if you transfer these files to a cloud drive that does not support the files with the same name, you will receive this error message. We recommend you transfer these files to other cloud drives or rename them separately and try again. Please ensure that there is no same file name in the same directory when transferring files or folders from Google Drive to another cloud drive.

2.Error: Files not found, please refresh and try again.

Solution: Google Drive currently does not support downloading the file types of Google Forms, Google Drawings, and Google Maps. Please check the failed files to see if it contains Google Forms, Google Drawings or Google Maps.

3. Error: The remaining space is insufficient.

Solution: When saving images or photos to Google Drive, they are usually saved in the Google Photos folder instead of the storage space that can be seen in Google Drive. The Google Photos storage space is unlimited, and the photo space does not count towards the total capacity you can see in Google Drive. Therefore, when you transfer pictures or photos to Google Drive via InClowdz, it will actually take up space you can directly see in Google Drive. Therefore, please check whether Google Drive has enough free space to save the pictures from being transferred.

4. Error: 403

Solution 1: The user rate limit was exceeded. The transfer rate may exceed the limit of the cloud API. Please click "Retry" on the transfer or synchronization result page.

Solution 2: The user has exceeded their drive storage quota. You need to check whether there is enough free space to save the data from being transferred. In addition, you can also check whether the cloud space displayed by InClowdz is consistent with the space displayed on the official cloud website. You can delete some files to free up enough space or buy more space.

OneDrive

1. Error: Files not found, please refresh and try again.

Solution: Because OneDrive recognizes certain files as malicious, InClowdz cannot read these files and transfer them. Please try to download these files from the OneDrive official website. If they can be downloaded, they are not malicious files. Please contact us with the task name and log or progress details.

Dropbox

1. Error: 400

Solution: Please check whether there is a file with the same name in the target path. If so, please rename the source file and try again.

Solution: The file may not exist. Please find the corresponding cloud in the “Management”, click "Refresh" in the upper right corner to refresh and find the data in the list, and then transfer.

3. Error: 460 - The file may not exist or be inaccessible.

Solution 1: Make sure that the file is in the source file. Please find the corresponding cloud in “Management”, click "Refresh" in the upper right corner to refresh and find the data in the list, and then transfer.

Solution 2: Please try to download this file. If you can download it, please try to transfer this task again.

4. Error: 500

Solution: Internal server error! Please try again.

Box

1. Error: Upload failed, please check if the size of the uploaded file exceeds the limit of Box Cloud Drive.

Solution: This may be due to Box Cloud limiting the size of files uploaded by users because the maximum size of a single file that can be uploaded to Box Cloud in the Free account and Developer account is 2GB. Please check the size of the uploaded file. If you need to upload larger files to Box Cloud, you can upgrade to a premium account.

2. Error: The transferred files may have already existed.

Solution: The transferred file may already exist in the target path. Please find the file with the same name, rename it, and try again.
